Integrative therapy, allows me to tailor my approach to fit your needs. With over 25 years of developing my technique and enhancing my education, I am able to draw from several theories and adapt to my client's circumstances. My strengths are in evidence based therapies like solution-focused therapy and. motivational interviewing. I use psychosocial education to enhance my client's understanding of their issues.
I offer short term counselling and long term therapy. Often those terms are used interchangeably but there are some slight differences. Counselling usually focuses on specific issues and goals while therapy is longer term and focuses on underlying issues and patterns. I tend to blend these two as needed.
What kind of therapy do I do?
Fees: 15 minute initial phone/ Zoom consultations are free. Enquire about fees at time of consultation. (Concessionary rates are available for students, unemployed, low income earners.)
Payments can be made by bank transfer or paypal. In order to secure your appointment times, please make payment 48 hours before your session time. Cancellation Policies: If you cancel at least 48 hours in advance, there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment time will be charged at 50% of the cost. Cancellations made on the day of your appointment are charged the full cost of your session. If you do not turn up, you will be charged the full rate.
