Online therapy is currently offered during the COVID-19 pandemic and research suggests online mental health support can be just as effective as in-person therapies. I continue to see clients online/phone via Zoom, GoogleMeet, Skype, FaceTime, WhatsApp, and by telephone. If you are feeling sad, lonely or anxious, you are not alone. These are normal feelings that may arise from work stress, family issues, or challenging life transitions, and sometimes, we all need help. I can help you develop tools to overcome life’s difficulties by focusing on your strengths and skills, through psychological insight. Your mental health is priceless so it is vital to ‘invest in yourself’ to improve your relationships with yourself and others.
