Loss, Grief & Bereavement Support This 8-week support group will encompass different forms of loss including partners, parents, children, friends, siblings, pets and other significant loved ones. You don’t have to grieve alone during this painful time. In this group, you can come and spend some time learning, sharing, and healing with others going through similar experiences. The group aims to provide a safe and confidential space for participants to share, listen, and discuss their personal stories. This group will provide a space to talk but will also ask participants to engage through wellbeing activities done in between sessions such as journals, creative activities and other reflective exercises.
LGBTQI+ Support Group, Self Expression Your wellbeing is impacted by your self awareness, self expression and self regulation. This 8-week group focuses on exploring your own journey and your relationship to self, others and the world. Learn and grow your emotional vocabulary, build on your ability to communicate with others and strengthen your resilience in hard times. Group members will be able to discuss and share on topics such as emotions, relationships, assertive communication and setting boundaries. This online support group will provide the opportunity for members to share and learn from one another.
